To ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

Hotel Rules for Guests

  1. Check-Out Time: Please ensure you check out by 10:00 AM.
  2. Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  3. Damages: Any unwashable stains, rips, or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.
  4. Contact Information: For any assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6986823657.
  5. Wi-Fi Access: Our Wi-Fi network is free and does not require a password. Simply connect to the network corresponding to your floor.
  6. Night Peace: From 12:00 AM midnight until 7:00 AM is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and avoid causing noise that can disturb other guests.
  7. Toilet Usage: Kindly avoid throwing papers into the toilet as it may cause blockages. A bin is provided next to the toilet for your convenience.
  8. Room Occupancy: Only two guests are allowed per single room. For security reasons, outside visitors are not permitted.
  9. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel premises.
  10. Room Usage: Guests are not allowed to let third parties use their rooms, even if the room has been paid for.
  11. Spills and Stains: If you spill anything or cause a stain, please contact reception for cleaning assistance. Do not use the towels provided in your room to clean spills.

If you have any suggestions regarding our hotel service or if you encounter any technical problems in your room, please feel free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when the hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount.
